Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

I have stayed there 5 times each time my feedback was hot water was not coming properly, all though i was turned on the geyser for entire night in the morning i had to take cold water bath, that was too bad after informing the team also they didn't fixed the issue.

Firstly there was no hot water coming in the room, i was turned the geyser switch on whole night but still i didn't got hot water, tv was not working. All 8 had to sleep nothing else to do so checked out very early in the morning next day.

I found this hotel on mm t app and the stay was very comfortable. The staffs were very generous. Though the building is not new but very well maintained.

Hotel manager mr nitesh kumar ***** with his staff is very polite, humble, & supportive and provide all the information about localities around, he is very soft spoken all the times during my stay for more than 20 days

All over it was good experience but i am little bit disturbed about ac which is not giving proper cooling and, yes the cleaning staffs were good, overall i can say they give good service but just they were lack in ac and also they didn't provide early check in

Not a professional staff. Hotel location is not good. Staff behaviour were also not good. Not for couples. Looks very unsafe

The hotel room is average and the hotel management has denied early check in even though i had requested while booking. So overall rating for this stay will be average
